I know, they are cabbages! Sierkool, they are...yes. I know, they are cabbages! Sierkool, they are called in the Netherlands, meaning cabbages for the show, for looking at. They are a form and colour of cabbage that does not conform to eating cabbages looks and tastes. I am told, but it is hearsay and from hearsay one lies a lot, that they are forms of kale, boorcole.
