This is close to a recipe we made for Father's Day and again for the office the next week. We used Oreos for the crust and a quart of softened ice cream for the first layer. Top with softened Cool Whip and 1/2 cup of crushed Oreos. Then add a second layer of softened ice cream. We used chocolate first and Edy's Toffee Bar Crunch second. Freeze that. Add Cool Whip and syrup on top just before serving.
