Guess What I Saw Today?

Today I had the privilege of seeing my grandchild for the first time, via ultrasound.

The baby is darling. Moves around A LOT (as did the baby's mother). Has a four chamber beating heart, all the necessary vital organs, and 10 fingers and 10 toes.

Boy or girl, we could not tell as this is a modest baby.

Daughter and Son-in-law have a wonderful picture of their thumb-sucking baby.

Truly, this is the most beautiful baby I've ever seen.

Isn't life grand though? I think this is what we little (ha!) girls waited our whole life for really!! So glad you are experiencing this first with your daughter...I am still waiting for such. Never included in this with dil...but we still get to hug and hold the babies...so not complaining...but there are plenty of "firsts" left for my daughters!! Some day!
