Judy - that's a nice house! A bay window - how lovely. Is that a mature saucer magnolia tree on the right? That will be so pretty next spring!
So happy for you, Jill
Also, I really like the colors of the house.
I love it - it's just what I'm looking for! It's time for us to move to a home thats all on one level (cuz we're old folks now). I don't think we'd be able to sell right now, the real estate market is almost at a stand still - its a good time to buy though.
Congratulations, it's absolutely lovely!
Ooooooh lovely mature trees and I love the sidewalk going straight up the middle so much more welcoming than all the houses around here where there are no sidewalks and you approach the house via the driveway!!
Thanks for the photos!!
Wow, it *is* big like you said! *Love* the window and the colors and the huge trees. Very, very nice! Now I can't wait to see what you do with the inside. :) Thanks for sharing your new house with us(I'd been feeling so curious about it lately!) and thanks, too, for your comment at my blog. Blessings, Debra
oh my. I think you will be very happy there.
It's so cozy. I love brick homes, and homes where the garage is hidden in the back. Our neighborhood has all the garages in the front -- not very appealing to my point of view.
It's just lovely! The kind that we want to buy someday! It looks like a great place to live. When's the housewarming party??
such an inviting home...i can't wait to see how you make it "yours"!!
How nice!
Nothing like the solid feel of a brick house. And those mature trees are great.
Who would ever guess there's a pink bathroom inside?
Oh! You are ALL so kind!
Yes, it is a magnolia tree in front. THAT is the only thing I ever noticed about the house in all my years of driving past it several times a day.
It also has at least two beautifully well-established peony bushes.
Now remember, I'm a dandelion girl, so this ought to be interesting...
oh I have been off line for a few days so I have been catching up. What a great house! you will like everything on one level and I am very sure that knowing your love of the knick knacks you will not be needing any help from me with that pink bathroom!! You Go Girl!
I am new to the blog world. Not sure how I landed at your place, but I very much enjoyed it! I can't quit laughing about your profile entry. I love PLAY THAT FUNKY MUSIC WHITE BOY too!!! I can't stop laughing. Thanks for making my day!!!
God Bless!
Sheila
