Omelet Bar

Saturday morning we had an omelet bar at our house.
Oldest Son saw Paula Dean make these on her show.
They sounded too good to be true.
This is what we did:

Whisk together two eggs.
Pour the eggs into a sealable sandwich bag.
Add whatever ingredients you like in your omelet.
Moosh it all together in the sandwich bag.
Seal.
Drop sealed sandwich bag into boiling water.
One or two take just a few minutes. We did nine at a time in a large pot of boiling water, so it took about 10 minutes.
I wish I had a picture of the finished omelet on a plate.
They looked truly AMAZING and were FABULOUS.
I tried to get a picture of all of the 'additions' we had available, but I think that first picture gives you an idea. We had ham, cheese, tomato, sauteed mushrooms, green pepper, onion and sausage.
This is the perfect idea for someone like me, who cannot resist stirring the scrambled eggs which causes them to turn out gross.
