After I picked up THGGM from work, he dropped me off at my second favorite neighborhood thrift store.
I was in need of thrift shopping therapy.
And, this trip did not disappoint!
I found a "Miss Read" book and a French/English dictionary.
Three boxes of old flash cards. Oh! How I LOVE old flash cards. And, a travel Scrabble game. I actually bought it for the cute cute cute tiny wooden letters. Much smaller and thicker than the 'normal' ones. But the game is like new and seems to be complete, so I might just have to leave it alone and travel with it whole.
The books were 99 cents, the flash cards 49 cents and the like new travel Scrabble game for $1.49.
Cheap therapy. I used to pay much more.
