The Twins
They are both 80 now, and suffering from Alzheimer's.
But, this is who they are, too.
Teenagers enjoying a summer's day at Aunt Bea and Uncle Louie's sandwich shop. A place they loved to go!
My mom is a twin, she and her sister are 65, and although they are soclose, I am closer to my mother and grateful. She talks to my aunt 3 times a day and lives down the road from her, she talks to me 3 times a day and lives 115 miles away from me.( Not that its a contest, its not, but I take it as a supreme compliment that she accidentally calls me by my aunts name occasionally)

There is such a painful sweetness in photos like these, isn't there? ((((((HUG)))))) to you, dear Judy.
What a lovely post. We are all the sum of our days...and this is the sweetest reminder.
