Yesterday, Jonge sat for quite sometime after his nap playing with the Fisher Price Little People that survived his mother's and uncle's childhood.
Happily he pushed the Little People in cars, flew them in the helicopter and sat them in chairs.
I don't think we had a full set of anything survive, but have enough assorted pieces to make up a rather interesting neighborhood.
I'm amazed by Jonge's long attention span. His mother did not have that. Oldest Son played in much the same way as Jonge does.
Today THGGM, Oldest Son and Jonge went out for breakfast together. I hear they had a wonderful time together. He seems so old at almost 22 months.
I'm constantly looking for interesting toys that fit Jonge's interests. Those vintage Fisher Price People are amazing.
So, tonight I am perusing Ebay hoping to find additional 'family' members.
I've no intention to bid on anything (yet), just trying to see how much things are going for.
It's amazing what things will stir up a memories.
Someone is selling the four fence pieces from the Fisher Price Farm.
I threw ours away. I stepped on it ONE too many times. It's a pain right up there with migraines and giving birth. You never forget.

A pain somewhat akin to stepping on a Leggo.
