I was able to tear THGGM away from his book. He watched from his porch swing.
We didn't live here last year, so had no idea we would be able to see them so well.
As much as I dislike crowds and nasty traffic, this was as close to perfect as it gets!

We braved the traffic and saw a spectacular display---best for a small town we've ever seen.
Oh, you are blessed! This is the only town we've lived in where we've not been able to see fireworks from our house. Oh well.... can't have everything! :)Oh, and thanks for your nice comments at my blog... I always appreciate them! Blessings, Debra
