Did you happen to see the moon this morning? Gorgeous! As was the sunset tonight.
I've come on here tonight not just to tell you that, but to leave record that today I saw my first TWO robins. They were running around together on the neighbor's garage roof. I hope they nest somewhere close by. Wherever they spent the winter it was obvious that they suffered no hardship. Plump birds.
It appears that I suffered no hardship this winter also.
Argh.

Oh how wild... I saw my first two robins yesterday, too! And they were also plump, even. :) I'd never seen robins so early while living here in NY, but now that we live out in the country it makes sense that I'd see them now, I guess. Have a great Saturday! Blessings, Debra
Yes! The Robins are back!
Thursday and Friday I spotted a bluebird pair checking out the nest boxes in the back field. So beautiful I wanted to cry.
We may have to endure an seemingly endless winter in Michigan, but the joys of spring make up for it.
