Today as I was tamping down the sink hole I dropped about six inches.
Two more bags of dirt went into the hole.
How many men does it take to fill a sink hole?
None. Famke's got it covered!

We get them in our yard too.
Our house was once a cottage & I suspect old septics & buried debris, are the cause.
Gives another meaning to, " break a leg."
