It's been just over three years since we moved to the house with the pink bathroom. I try to take good care of it, as I hope it shall remain pink for all time.
No one has ever accused me of being an over the top girly-girl sort but I do okay primping up my pink bathroom.
Again, I remind you that THGGM does not use this bathroom.
If you are looking for a way to add ambient lighting to your bathroom, might I suggest this?
Find an old lamp with an interesting shade. This lamp is old, but I doubt that the shade is.
Decorate the edge with earrings and pins and hang necklaces from the finial. Just today I found the ribbon so I added that. I'm still not sure about that yet.
Although I am sure that I like the rest of it. It keeps my jewelry visible, yet out of the way of tiny hands.
Oh! And that thing by the lamp base that looks like a salt shaker? Actually, I thought it was a salt shaker when I bought it, but it has no plug at the bottom. I think I may have some stick pins somewhere, but if not, I'll make some yo-yo knitting needle flowers and add some rhinestone pins for the center.
Well. Probably not. But I might.

Quite lovely to look at. :0)
I always love your pink bathroom. You could show pictures of it everyday and I'd be happy. :) Blessings, Debra
Love this idea - I tend to hang things from my lamp finials all the time.
What a beautiful bathroom!
Lisa :O)
I too love your pink bathroom and your knack for just trying to decorate with different things. You have a very good eye for that.
I like the lamp -- for how it looks in the bathroom and for a jewelry holder. I love your pink bathroom. It reminds me of the one in our house when I was a little girl.
Judy...seriously...you need to make a portfolio and take it in to a decorator's shop. Or start your own business. Mercy, girl...you are so talented! I'm sure someone would snap you up in no time. I know I would!!!
