It was a lovely summer day.
Most of the morning they played "Bob the Builder".
Hard hats were necessary, or so it seems.
The supplies were all I provided.
The ideas came straight from the fresh young imaginations of The Bobs.
The box of tools came from a two dollar find at the local thrift store.
I added a few little hammers I found for a dollar at a flea market.
The styrofoam came from boxes around the house.
The nails are golf tees.
The Bobs hammered and hammered and hammered to their hearts content.
And they sawed too.
And while they hammered and sawed away Famke tended to her baby brother while sweeping up the rocks from the box of rocks that has also been a hit all summer.
And I must give credit to Pinterest for alerting me to these wonderful ideas, and many more, that kept us busy and happy all summer long. That reminds me, I need to fill a pan with water, add plastic toys, and freeze it for the weekend. Ah, Pinterest, how creative you make me seem...

Wow the styrofoam idea is genius --- you are creative - Pinterest only feeds it.
Love finding ideas on Pinterest. Love the building idea.
