Capturing Imagination

I took these pictures yesterday of Jonge playing with the firefighters I found at the thrift store for 25 cents.

The originals didn't turn out that great, due to the bright morning sun streaming in through woven blinds.

But never do I let that cause me to delete a picture.  

So this morning I messed around with them a bit and came up with some rather interesting perspectives on childhood and imagination.

Of course, Jonge does not know that I am photographing him.

As he played we talked some about the nineteen firefighters who lost their lives battling a huge fire out west.
