A Favorite Thrift Store Find

Earlier this year I found what I thought was just a random bag of blocks at the thrift store.  Of course, I bought it because the price was worth it to me just to get the roof pieces.

Then, I got it home.

That's when I discovered that for just a few dollars I got a complete hardwood nativity set!

All the pieces WERE there.  Presently I can't find all the stable pieces, which I am sure are at the very bottom of the block box.

Feintsje has a wonderful time moving all the pieces around.  He can also match the people and animals to several of his favorite Christmas books.
And when the grand kids go home, I play with it!
