Famke

Famke came home from school sick on Thursday. She didn't realize that she could tell her teacher to call her mom to come pick her up.  Now she knows.
There was still a smitch of temperature on Friday morning, so she had to stay home.
The good news is that I got to see her!
I managed to snap two pictures of her.  Amazing how pretty she can be even when sick.
Today she is feeling much better, but Fientsje is now sick.
I guess there are a few things about fall I don't like.  Sick grandchildren.

Black and White

Today, Jonge had his first dental visit that required a procedure. This was his 'prize'. He also asked for one to bring to his sister. Jonge is a very kind boy. In this picture, he could not have smiled even if he wanted to.

Famke and Kado came to play with me. By this time next week, Famke will be three. I will miss the two year old Famke, as she did 'two' so very very well.

Kado has no fear. As for me, I now have fears I never even knew existed.
