The Husband God Gave Me had the day off. He accomplished a lot. In this picture he is taking a much needed nap. I do keep a close eye on his coffee cup. And, yes, he has dumped it into his lap in the past, but that doesn't stop him. If you were to ask him, he would tell you that he is NOT asleep in this picture. I guess now he likes to snore while he is awake, too.

In the Land of Nod
The Husband God Gave Me had the day off. He accomplished a lot. In this picture he is taking a much needed nap. I do keep a close eye on his coffee cup. That's where my first cup of the day sits when I take it back to bed with me in the morning. (Oh how I love being retired!)
Sometimes I nod off, but I haven't spilled it - yet.
Hubby says he's not sleeping, he's meditating on the back of his eyelids...I've cleaned up coffee more than once here too.
And I wonder about the snoring, too. He just says he's a heavy breather...right.
That's funny, you made me smile. My friends husband picked up the phone once as she picked up the extension. After a few minutes, of her and her friend talking, she started hearing snoring coming from the extention. Of course, she blogged about it. "Husbands do the darndest things."
Wow...in this photo your hubby looks SO MUCH like mine...they could be brothers...and what you say here is equally true of mine!

Sometimes my family gathers around just to watch this.
It's sort of a 'Dad' varity show.
So it's not just MY husband who falls asleep anywhere, any time. My dad used to tease him about how many books he seemed to read through his eyelids.
My husband always snores when he is "not asleep."
