This Could Have Been Another "Waiting Room" Post

Yes. It COULD have been. But, my dad, who has three doctor's appointments (with the possibility of a forth) this week had to do this one alone.

The migraine that will not let up still has me in it's clutches. In the morning, and in the late afternoon. Presently, I am fine. Just a wee bit tired and goofy.

But, driving into the rising sun? I could not do that today.

I feel guilty. I like to be dependable.

But, I can recall with great detail a FORMER experience in this particular doctor's waiting room.

This is a urologist's office.

I fill out all of the forms when my parents go a new doctor. At our first visit with this doctor, I filled out the front page with all of the pertinent information. Health history, insurance, all that kind of stuff. It said OVER, so I turned it over.

There in black and white stood what looked like a paper-doll. Above it were the words "Draw Area of Problem". You have GOT to be kidding me!

I handed the paper back to my dad and said, "You brought me up better than this!"

Sometimes a line needs to be drawn. And sometimes, it doesn't.

That is the strangest of the strange! Indeed, drawing stuff in that office....I think you made the right choice! After all, is the guy a doctor or not? Verbal ought to be good enough!

I love the 'line' joke. (or would it be considered a pun?) He he.
