I wasn't even looking for it, but today while putting some picture in a drawer, I discovered a white box.
In it was THGGM's grandpa's funeral book.
Not just the book either.
Letters. One from his brother Frank, one from his sister Jennie,

and this one, from his sister Kathryn.
Wow.
The first one i found was congratulating them on the birth of their first daughter.
And this one, to her brother's widow.

Now I am armed with first, last, middle and maiden names and the cities they lived in at the time. Some even including their addresses.
What a find!
Kathryn would have been 75 when she wrote this.
I wish I had a picture of her then. (well...i wish i had it NOW.)
