The Animal Kingdom Illustrated (reposted from 2006)

Almost five years after originally posting this, I got a comment. So. This might be the first thing I put up for sale. Now where did I put it...

I found this great old book while thrift shopping.

The back cover is the same.

Originally, I thought it would be great fun to 'alter' by gluing pages together and turning it into a scrapbook of sorts.

I thought the title would be perfect for pictures of my kids when they were young.

But, it looks like a pretty impressive book - the illustrations are fabulous - the fruit bats look like little vampires, hanging in a bunch upside down. Too cool.

So, I've something else to add to my pile of 'things I'm going to do something great with someday'.

The cost? One dollar.

DON't DO ANY THING TO THIS BOOK!!!
IT IS VERY RARE!! IN THAT CON DITION IT'S WORTH ABOUT $200!!!!!!!

It confused me also! I changed it, but had I not wanted it to post until June 29, I would have been sorely disappointed!
