This is where I was a month ago.
This is where my mind is today.
I cannot understand why so many people crave crowds and exitement.
No concert or amusement park thrill ride could ever give me the sense of extreme wonder I get from the beauty of creation.
Concert venues and amusement parks are noisy and expensive.
This was totally free.
And there was no one there.

Amen, sister. SuperHubby and I prefer the stillness of creation to the crowds and noise of the populated vacation spot.
Honey, are you and I twins separated at birth?! We are like-minded on so many things. I don't think Dear Hubby and I have ever gone on a vacation or a day trip anywhere near any crowds...or other people, period. The more remote, the more peaceful and serene, the better.
I'll take God's creation any day over any man-made stuff. Thanks for sharing such a neat photo.
