PM Appointment
Baby Boy went to the doctor today! He and his mommy let me tag along. Of course, I brought my camera. He is 20 lbs., 12 oz. and 29 inches long. A BIG Baby Boy! His heart murmur hasn't improved at all, so he will be seeing a heart specialist, soon.
Our youngest one has a heart murmur too and had to go to a specialist. Turns out there is a tiny pin-sized hole in her heart, but the doctors assure us there is absolutely no reason for concern.
Oh my gosh! He is almost as big as Tommy (and the Tominator is a BIG boy) and Tom is what ... five months older than Baby Boy? Wow, you all sure know how to grow 'em.
I'm sorry about his heart murmur. I pray that it will clear up on its own, but if not, that there will be a simple solution.
Asher had his appointment yesterday. He weighed 17lbs and 8oz and was 26in long. What a difference 3 weeks makes!!!! (Since Baby Boy and Asher are just 3 weeks apart!)
I think what I found so shocking was that I was expecting my dad's report to be the one to be concerned about and was SO relieved that it was such good news.
I thought Baby Boy would be the one who would sail through his doctor visit, but it wasn't to be.
Anyway, he sees the heart specialist and has his echo-gram on August 10.
