Hmmmm...

Let's see.
Am I prepared for winter?
No. Not in October.
I call this photo 'snow on leaves'.
October 12 is too early for snow.
I'd been wondering where Baby Boy's quilt had gone. I didn't put it there.
Now that I don't play 'in and out' with a dog all day, I hardly ever go into the back yard.
I miss Niki today. She loved both rolling in leaves and rolling in snow. I don't really care for either.

Winter seems to be coming a little too early this year! We have had snow on the hills behind our house already and that usually doesn't happen before November! It may just be a cold/snowy season!?!

Snow in October after this burning hot summer...amazing!!

I understand about your puppy...today we had to take one of ours in to be put down. I have cried but we had to do what was best. I simply hate it that they live such a short life compared to ours!!

Snow? Already? Although I grew up in a snow belt, I must admit, I sort of like living in this "banana belt" of a city where we don't get much snow.
