February Favorites

Tonight I pulled four books off shelves in the den.

When it comes to books, old children's books, I have wAAAAAy too many favorites.

This one has great illustrations, and the stories are interesting enough that I found myself reading them again tonight.

The readers and primers from the 20's and 30's have so much charm I can hardly stand it!

Sooo many cute pictures in just this book, that I'll have to hold it to only this one.

Sweet pictures like this are more likely to make me cry than music.

Not that I don't love music, because I do. But children's book illustrations are another thing that make me go all swoony. Perchance I swoon a bit too much?
