She Cannot Be Left Alone

This morning, I bounced out of bed at my usual time. I had plans. To accomplish great things.
While working on that, I had to venture into the basement for a medium size cardboard box. I've been emptying those by the dozens and knew that I still had some left.
I WENT DOWN FOR A CARDBOARD BOX.
THIS is what I came up with.
It is NOT a cardboard box.
It is a freaky-looking pompom bird with wooden button eyes and a pistachio beak sitting in a glass dish on a bed of velvet ribbon.
Oh. And OF COURSE. I HAD to label it.
Seriously.
I cannot be left alone.
Inspiration also struck me, and I changed my header.
At this very moment, THGGM is walking from work to his car. He will come home and ask me what I did today.
It's SO embarrassing when I actually hear myself say it out loud.
I made a baby bird because I saw a pistachio shell sitting there and it looked SO MUCH like a beak that I HAD TO DO IT.
