One might think that buying an old magazine would be a waste -what with it being outdated and everything - but that is not the case. Vintage/Artsy/Craftsy NEVER goes out of style. At least not at my house.
And would you look at this?! It came with cousin Tommy!
I have dreams of someday cutting up all of my paper dolls. I have over a decades worth. What fun! My wrists hurt just thinking about it. Maybe someday Famke and I could do this. Presently her idea of cutting is just slicing things to shreds.
Since I had all evening to go through this issue page by page, it is already safely nestled in the Christmas magazine dresser. Right there snuggled up next to Matthew Mead's fabulous Christmas magazine.
So, if anyone was wondering, I DO shop all year for Christmas. You might want to try this to, since it will be here in only nine months.

Those simple things delight us. :0)
Judy, I can never get over how alike we are. I have collected ME magazines for years. I probably have all the Christmas editions downstairs somewhere. I thought of you today when my husband and I visited your favorite thrift store on 28th Street and then went on to the store on Chicago Drive. Love browsing there. Have a good weekend.
I have a Christmas birthday! I'm not sure that's the reason I save all the back Christmas issues of Victoria, Country Living, and Home Companion--but I do! I recognize this issue, Judy!
Heeeey, That's Meeeeeee!
