I saw a wreath made from hearts punched from a magazine. So, since I have never been very good at following directions, I tweaked this idea a bit. Some spring scrapbook paper, a heart punch, a flower punch, a wreath form, a bit of lace in which to wrap the wreath form, and office brads to poke through everything to secure.
I thought I'd like it more than I do. Surprisingly, THGGM loves it, which I never would have guessed.
This is what I was doing while he was painting the brown paneling on the breeze-way. He has one wall left to do. Then there shall be pictures! And, just for me he brought up my FAVORITE rocker. This year he said he would repaint it for me and I shall recover the cushions.
I'm hoping to spend much time this summer rocking a newborn baby boy. And this must be done in style!

Judy...that is just beautiful! What a lovely job you did!
Oh!! I love it and think it would be fun done with our marbleized papers!!
I LOVE this. It actually looks like something I could do. If I had the punches you speak of...
Could you give a tutorial? Sarah
