Oh, there is SUCH a fun place to play restaurant at my house.
It's under the old iron bed in the guest room.
Jonge lasted the longest under there. He had quite the system worked out.
There is even a special entry door. I of course love the industrial look of the restaurant's ceiling. And even though I could fit under there, I have a fear of my hair getting caught in a spring resulting in my spending the day trying to free myself.

Jonge takes very good care of his customers.
This is my special blue cup (because blue is my favorite color - he is sooo thoughtful) of "Birthday Coffee". He tells me it is hot chocolate and coffee mixed together. When I told him it was the best coffee I have ever tasted and asked for the recipe, he returned with the ingredients "written" down on a nice piece of paper. Since I couldn't read in his language he happily interpreted it for me. It read:
coffee, chocolate, two cups salt.
That explains my general sluggish feeling.
But Jonge saw it through to the end and now every dish has been happily put in its proper place.
And I didn't even have to make lunch today. Daughter went to Wendy's and brought lunch. I had chili. Yum!

Sweetness...she is blessed and she knows it...
Little ones have such a wonderful imagination.....Yippee for Jonge for putting everything away.
Hair in springs is so very not good. Definitely explains the sluggishness.....yum for Wendy's. Asher and I almost always get Wendy's on Thursdays when I pick him up from pre-school, but today he just didn't feel up to it. I'm sad on both accounts.
two cups of salt.....that may yield something more than sluggishness. *grin* When I taught, my kindergartners would 'tell' me a recipe and I would write it down exactly like they said it. It was always memorable. Grand times...glad your birthday was spent in high style with the best of company.
Many returns of the day...
Jen
