Good Times

90 degree weather is TOO hot.
In the morning, we played outside a bit.

Jonge did his funny seal impressions in his little pool. Famke played on the swings. Kado slept in his mommy's arms looking cute.

It was too hot to play outside in the afternoon.

The basement felt wonderful.

I cannot stand the heat.

Tonight I bought a book I have had on my 'wanted' list for nearly a decade.

"Diary of an Old Soul" by George MacDonald.

Maybe I'll read it tonight.

Or, maybe I'll just give thanks for getting to be the Beppe of three of the sweetest children on Earth.
