Phil from the 'hood

Often at breakfast time we are favored by the presence of Phil the Woodchuck. I'm not sure exactly how many "Phils" have lived across the street from us in the nearly three years we have lived here, but this one appears to be living a lovely suburban life. There is also another family member of much smaller size but that one, let's call it Chuckie, doesn't venture out as far.

So far, it doesn't seem to eat things in our yard. No. We have a bunny who does that.

Every other year we have one living under a front yard shed.
They never have gone into the raised up back yard where the garden is. yea!
Until they do ....I will think of them as being cute. : 0 ) LOL
