Found a Doll Head

I've done a bit of thrift/antique shopping this weekend. It's what I do for fun.

THIS is my very most favorite find! Isn't it great?

Somewhere in this house I have a cute little velvet-y hat box. I think I shall sit her on that.
The little hat she is wearing belonged to THGGM.
He is not a fan of the doll head.
I found a few other things. If you are at all interested in that sort of thing, you can see them at www.simplythrift.blogspot.com.
Oh! And for Jonge I found about a half dozen plastic dinosaurs. Four large ones for ten cents each and a bag full of smaller ones for 25 cents.
Thrift/antique shopping is such a great way to recycle.

You must have been a medicine man in a previous life.

I especially love the spidery web of cracks in the porcelain. I think the top of a hat box would be a perfect 'home' for her! And why on earth doesn't THGGY like it?! Men are such weird creatures...

Oh wow. The first thing I thought of was the doll from Toy Story, too! ...heh... But yours is cuter and so retro. Loved the finial in the above post, too! Blessings, Debra
