Just Had to Share

Note the grin on sweet little Hertsje!

I wondered what it would be like taking care of five grandchildren.

Well, sometimes it feels like I'm juggling babies.

But when it really comes down to it, they all entertain each other.

Feintsje delights in leaning over Hertsje and saying "HI!" to her.

Famke is very helpful.  When the babies nap she picks up her doll and meets its every need.  All while watching A Baby Story on TV.
There was a fifteen minute time period today when both babies were fussy.  Kado announced to no one in particular that that is just what babies do!

And Hertsje does love her pac-n-play - as long as there is someone in it with her!

Soon school will be over for Jonge and lunch can be a more leisurely affair.

I'm looking forward to summer.

In the fall, both Jonge and Famke will be going to school all day.  And I will be sad.

Love the pictures, simply adorable. Your grandbabies are born cute and grow more cute. Keeping 5 little ones surely keeps you busy but like you said, they entertain each other and how wonderful that cousins can grow up and play together. It forms a lifelong bond, I know, I have that with my cousins.
