October 26 Antique Mall Finds

This cute couple called out to me.  Notice how they share the load.

This is a very small Johnson Brothers plate.

Love the detail!

Three vintage napkins and two red handled cookie cutters.

Two enamel bird plates.  I saw them last year.  This year they were on sale.  Besides what you see here, I also found two very nice Civil War books, a sewing book for children, a book about fairies, and a wonderful book of children's poetry.

And stay tuned, as when we left on Saturday we made stops at both antiques malls on our way home.

Just like last year, we drove through Chicago with a piece of furniture hanging out of our car.

We  need a van.

Ahem. I think you said "furniture"!
Honestly. Next time you head off in a direction, you really should come my way. I know all about furniture hanging out of the trunk.

You can bring that Johnson Brother plate with you. I'd love to see it in person. The detail IS lovely :)

I agree, what furniture? Really, not telling us is taking much needed sleep away, so, what furniture? Or is it meant to be a Christmas present? DM
