My Fall Mantel

It's Fall here in Judyland!

Friday morning I had Kado and Feintsje here with me.

They were very willing helpers during the whole decorating for Fall process.

At one point there were plastic pumpkins flying all over the room.

Feintsje was insistent that the big pumpkin was a basketball.

But when they tired of rearranging pumpkins, they both became very interested in a book.

Oh, and that picture at the bottom?  THGGM found those while we were in Traverse City.  They are dried painted gourds.  I had almost forgotten about them!

I hadn't planned to add SO much to the mantel, but apparently I would never make it as a minimalist.

Oh my, your mantle is really beautiful! I wish I had one but maybe I can find another good spot to de. It looks like it came out of Better Homes & Gardens magazine.
