I have switched my blog to blogger beta.
Do you have any idea what that means?
I didn't either, except that I hate to be left behind. So, I clicked twice and Ta Da! I'm now in blogger beta.
So far, what this has meant is nothing but grief. If you are one who reads Baby Boy's blog, you will note that it brought MY profile to HIS blog. I still see his profile when I click 'profile' when I log in, but, what I get is ME.
Last night I wrote probably the most interesting and thought provoking post (not really, but you will never know it wasn't!) and it was eaten alive by blogger beta. I guess I'm not supposed to feel bad about it, because they DID say "sorry".
Why, oh why, can't the blogger people figure out a way to let you know BEFORE they eat your post that they are going to eat your post? They must know! Or, at the very least, could they not find a way that the post will save SOMEWHERE?!
I might just have to become an astronaut just so I can space travel to the place where misplaced posts are sent. They have to be somewhere. We ALL know that things never just disappear.
Except, that is, for my wedding pictures.

Ah, Judy, I'm sorry you are having troubles with the new blogger. I had regular blogger eat my posts often enough that I have started writing in Word, then copying the finished product into the blogger form. Saves a lot of headaches that way.
Good luck in beta. I am actually liking it a lot, so feel free to email me if you need some pointers. We can fumble through together.
I'm gald I decided that I'd betta pass on beta for now. Oh yeah, it swallows my comments. I have to comment anonymously. /AC

I switched to beta last week, so far so good on this end. I'm sorry to hear of the headache your having with it. I enjoy reading you blog...and your pics are lovely! Blessings...
You can always come to Bravenet! Considering I've written somewhere between 450-475 posts, I've lost maybe 3 to the "Cyber Goblins", which isn't too bad, I don't think. And you don't have to do everything with HTML which I will NEVER understand, ha!!! I don't have a clue what "beta blogger" is so you're one-up on me on that one, girl friend. Way to go, Grandma!! There's some adventurous blood in us ol' girls after all! Have a great weekend, my friend. Oh, Dylan turned 6 months old yesterday...had his check-up today. 22.9 lbs. and 29 inches long! He's put on 12 pounds since birth and grown 6 inches!!! I think his Swede blood is gonna be mighty evident as time goes on, haha! :-)
P.S. Since you've gone to beta blogger, tho, it takes FOREVER for your site to load on my computer. I dunno if that's because of the blog site or just my computer trying to give me hissy fits!
