I happen to be all thumbs, and not one of them is green.
So every year that anything at all chooses to grow in my yard, I am SOOO excited!
I like the ferns too, but they seem to be intent on taking over.

The Iris is my favorite flower, I just love the deep color! Sadly, I don't have any except up north at the cottage and they bloom and die before I get a chance to see them! Flowers are cruel that way.
I am a huge fan of iris and have them blooming all over the place in my yard right now.
I loved opening your blog and seeing this splash of gorgeous color. Soooo pretty.
