Great Summer Lunch

Stir fry one zuccini and one summer squash.

Add a few slices of pepperoni.

Shoot in a few squirts of pizza sauce if you do not have a fresh tomato (i did not).

Add cheese. This time I used Montery Jack.

Cover until cheese melts.

Top with green onion tops.

My sister and brother-in-law sent us home yesterday with garden bounty. Yum!
