Last Thursday Afternoon

This is the town of Frankfort along the Lake Michigan coast.

Such a beautiful afternoon to spend wandering the main street.

Another town with everything blooming.

It smelled so good.  Like fresh water and flowers.  Hmm.

Sometimes by the end of our vacation, THGGM is sick of driving and tired of me taking his picture all the time.

Maybe we've both matured with age.

He never seemed sick of driving (might have something to do with his having just got a different car) and he didn't seem tired of me taking his picture all the time.

Wow.  Will wonders never cease?

Several people suggested that we have a picture taken of us together.

There you go!

I don't even look good as a shadow picture.

Our shadows look like we are from the Muppet Show.

I'd like to try this arrangement at home.

I bet it will look even better later in the summer.  We just may have to drive back there to check it out.
