Last Thursday Morning

While I was yet sleeping, THGGM went out on the balcony to get a picture of the sunrise.

It's things like getting up and taking a picture for me that has kept us married for 35 years.

I also find it amazing to realize that this is the same sun I took a picture of 10 hours earlier.

Good to know that while I lay sleeping the universe goes on without my ever photographing or commenting on it.

Humbling, too.

It was another beautiful, balmy, sunshiny day!

While THGGM enjoyed the beach, I enjoyed the balcony.

A crew was putting in a new dock.  It's much harder work to do that than I ever thought.

They also had a golden lab that was playing in and out of the water.  I had a great time watching all of this unfold before me.

And I quite enjoyed taking pictures of THGGM, relaxing behind bars.
