Last Week Monday Afternoon

After breakfast at Russ' in Grand Haven and a walk out on to the pier, we piled back into the car to continue on our journey north.  One of my favorite sights is the windmills near Ludington.  There are so many of them, and they are huge!  Jonge and Famke thought they were rather amazing also.
Our next stop was in Arcadia, to see the view from Arcadia Bluffs.  It is amazing.  EVERY TIME.

Pake, Jonge, and Famke climbed the 100+ steps to see a much better perspective from higher up.
This was also Jonge and Famke's first encounter with the "hole" toilet.  Jonge changed his mind about having to go, and Famke said she would rather just wet her pants.
Ah, the price one must pay for a beautiful view!
