Ahhhhh...It Was a Good Day...

Any meal that ends in caramel brownies is hard to beat. My sister makes the best caramel brownies (Chris...I ate yours. It was GOOD.)

Some people played catch. Baby Boy, realizing that he could not possible throw the ball all the way to Uncle Youngest Son, chose to carry it too him. It was a long walk.

Daughter and Daughter-in-law perused the real estate section of the newspaper. Son and Daughter-in-law will be moving here very soon.

Great Uncles really are the greatest, and are happy to give small people lawn mower rides.

My dad had a great day too. Although, he spent quite a bit of it telling my mom where we were. Normally, we are here at Thanksgiving, so don't dine on the deck. This seemed to confuse her a little bit.

Deck dining was wonderful. And, no turkeys had to die.

Notice how Baby Boy is aware of the screen. Daughter had a bit of an incident in which the screen escaped her line of vision. It was one of those moments that would have been great to catch on video.
