My dad passed away peacefully just after 1:00 this afternoon.
My sister and I walked into his room together, and noticed that his breathing was very shallow.
My eyes fill with tears as I see this precious picture. I wish words could express my sympathy. Please know that I will keep you and your family in prayer.
I wish this wasn't part of life here on earth. I'm very sorry Judy. You described your dad so well in your posts that I felt as if I knew him. I loved to see photos of him with your grandkids. I'm sure you'll treasure them forever.
Dear Judy, how I can relate to what you are going through since my dad just passed last year. I will be praying for added strength for you and your family as you walk through the coming days and all that needs to be managed. Remember that God loves you with an everlasting love and holds you in the palm of His hand. How wonderful that you had that nice visit yesterday, and felt that peace. God bless you dear one.
Oh, Judy...I'm stopping by from Pat's Blog and just want you to know, that I am praying for you. Daddy's are special in a girls life. I lost mine 5 years ago and am still not over it. Blessings, trish

So sorry, Judy. Like Alaine, I feel like I almost know your family from the wonderful stories that you tell on her.
