Weekend Partying

It was a stormy Saturday.

Not conducive to picnicking out of doors.

So we partied inside at Famke's fourth birthday party.

There was much baby-holding and eating.

Not sure if the words will show up next to the corresponding picture, but this picture -although not all that clear - shows how much my boys look like their father.

Famke was worn out by an extra busy week of birthday activities.

She was more than willing to let her family help with presents!

Jonge really Really REALLY wanted her to try on her princess cape. He has a super-hero cape and would have liked nothing more than to play with her in her new cape.

But that wasn't in HER plans. Not yet, anyway.

So there you have it.

Next week Daughter goes back to work.

It looks like a great time was had by all. Wish I could have helped with the baby holding! Even the youngest child at our church is nearly three. *sigh*
Good thing your daughter has Bepe waiting in the wings. Even so, how will she leave sweet baby Feintsje? There will be tears.
What a lovely brood to return to though. She'll do fine.

Six weeks off goes really, really fast. Doesn't.
