My mom and Baby Boy came today.
Mom was fine. We had a wonderful time being entertained by Baby Boy, who chose to delight us by saying all of his newly discovered words. He has an adorable way of saying 'please'. It sounds a bit like 'police'.
Baby Boy is still miserably ill. Daughter left him with my mom and I while she went home to spend some time alone. Well, as alone as one can be while eight months pregnant.
Daughter came back in time to have lunch with mom and I, and THGGM graciously used the magic of the porch swing to rock Baby Boy to sleep.
Now I am to the part of my day where I must get packing.
Packing. It's all I'm doing.
What did I used to do? I cannot remember.

Oh my word! Daughter is 8 months pregnant ALREADY?!? How much longer will she be working? Judy, where on earth has this year gone to?? It's definitely been a year of big changes, hasn't it? And it's not even half gone yet! Oh, did I tell you I finally found a way to make my comments work on the first try now?? I "copy" them, then hit the 'publish' button. Once in a blue moon, they won't come thru, but at least I have them saved and just try again and voila!! Thank GOODNESS!!!
PS...still waiting to see what new name you'll be coming up with for Baby Boy...hmmmmmmmmmmm.
And then when we get to the other side of packing comes unpacking and with that the amazing realization that we've forgotten what we did before unpacking...
